One of our beloved Moms came to us with the idea of creating a way to showcase the diverse nature of Births, specifically Home Births, in our State!
This Poll is the result of the passion project and we would love if you filled it out if you ever received maternity-postpartum care with a midwife in the State of Nevada. Fill it out once for every home birth you had, or pregnancy you were seen by a Midwife as a care provider.

We will not share or keep any personal information. The purpose is to showcase that Home Birth in Nevada is a widely used option, and it matters to parents here! As well as the fact that every Birth is so different and the many options we currently have at our disposal are all used and should stay that way! It will be uploaded as a data document for the upcoming sessions involving the BDRs we have displayed on this site, and can be viewed publicly on our site here.
