At the top of your submission, please answer these four questions clearly:

• What is your real name and email address or Facebook Profile? *We will never share your private information*
• Do we have your permission to share your story?
• Do we have your permission to share a part of your story, or to edit it for length or clarity, or to highlight a topic of conversation?  Please note: If your story is over 3000 words, we probably will be lovingly editing it for length.  
• If we have permission to share your story, would you prefer that we use the real names and places in the story, or would you prefer for us to use substituted names and places?

Please send your story to connect@nfom.org or send us a link to your blog, but don't forget to answer these four questions in your email with the link. Or better yet, join our Facebook group and just post your story there!
